Job Description :
- We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Project Manager, your primary role will be to oversee and coordinate various projects, ensuring successful delivery while meeting client needs, deadlines, and project requirements.
Responsibilities :
- Monitor project details, timelines, and commitments. Handle changes and mitigate potential risks through effective planning
- Collaborate with team members to distribute workloads efficiently, ensuring the right skills are utilized for each task
- Engage and allocate resources throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful outcomes
- Coordinate with the internal development team and efficiently manage project documentation
- Develop internal project documentation, including the scope of work, proposals, and basic flowcharts
Required Skills :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 4+ Years of proven experience as a Project Manager, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and best practices.
